National Consumer Protection firm established in 1995, is seeking an Illinois licensed attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience. Ideal candidate will undergo extensive training and will be given the opportunity to participate in all aspects of litigation, including engaging new clients, drafting pleadings, responding to motions and drafting briefs, presenting for and/or taking depositions, arguing motions and attending court appearances in person/remote, engaging in settlement negotiations, conducting arbitrations, and preparing for and ultimately trying cases.   • Preparing correspondence, pleadings, motions and briefs
  • Discovery Review
  • Settlement negotiations
  • Presenting clients for deposition/taking depositions
  • Must have prior experience with litigation processes including court appearances
