We are looking for an amazing candidate that would like a flexible part time attorney position in Missoula, Montana. Candidate must live in Montana, and ideally in Missoula for this position, as office hours are required.We are looking for a part time attorney that can work Mondays and Fridays and one other day Tuesday-Thursday that they wish. Approximately 20-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate would have criminal law defense experience as well as family law experience. This candidate will be responsible for their own caseload, but have a flexible work schedule.
Duties:
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
- Interview and consult with potential clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Montana state bar association, and in good standing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Experience:
