Responsibilities:

Navigating inbound and outgoing discovery
Preparing conducting and analyzing depositions
Client meetings, discussions and correspondence which is nearly always virtual
Mostly virtual mediation, arbitration and court appearances
Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts

Qualifications:

Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
