Role Description:This is a full-time Senior Immigration Attorney role at A Fast Paced Law Firm located in Fall River, MA. As a Senior Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters. Your key responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in immigration court, and providing counsel on immigration policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex immigration cases.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Experience representing clients in immigration court and before government agencies
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
