You’ll work directly with R&D and Product teams, guiding them on legal and regulatory risks across the globe and negotiating agreements with suppliers, partners, NGOs and others.

Advise the Jigsaw R&D and product teams, and the Jigsaw management team, on legal issues involving a wide spectrum of product areas to be launched in the US and abroad, from the initial stages of product development to launch.
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations dealing with, amongst other things, intellectual property, content regulation, consumer protection and advertising.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including intellectual property licenses, technology co-development agreements, inbound services agreements, purchase agreements, and supply chain and manufacturing agreements for Google’s most cutting edge technologies.
Develop and maintain a repository of legal resources that are required for products, such as terms of service, privacy notices and other disclosures.
Liaise effectively and collaboratively with multiple legal subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams throughout Google.
