Pepper Hamilton’s Health Sciences Department is seeking a senior health care attorney to join a vibrant health care transactions and regulatory practice working with a variety of health care provider clients, including acute and non-acute care providers, group purchasing organizations, pharmacies and physician groups. This position can be resident in any Pepper Hamilton office location. Candidates must have 8 years or more of transactional and regulatory experience representing health care providers and suppliers, including conducting complex regulatory analysis for compliance with federal and state health care regulatory laws (including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark), preferably in the context of complex strategic transactions and structuring them. Candidate should also have well-developed client management skills. Leadership opportunities within the group are available.
