General Summary The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, including but not limited to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, opinion development and due diligence activities. Practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of physics is required.
Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or Ph.D. in Physics
3+ years previous IP law experience
Superior academic record, excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Active USPTO Registration
Good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law, and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar if not already licensed in one of those states
