Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Responsible for keeping up to date on all legal issues that can impact our clients directly or indirectly.
Ability to formulate creative legal strategies within the framework of all governmental and other regulations, laws and related policies, to provide our clients with the best legal advice possible.
Will be required to draft motions, file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed.
Conduct legal research as needed.
Ability to meet/exceed the company monthly goals.
On-going communication with the client and senior attorney regarding cases.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business immigration law (Investor Visas, L1A, E Visa, O Visa, H1B, PERM)
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be in direct contact with clients.
Empathetic and passionate about work and providing solutions for our clients.
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word)
Excellent understanding of Google systems (GDrive, Google Calendar, Gmail)
