Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a labor & employment associate in our Cincinnati, OH office. Candidates must have two to five years of experience. Responsibilities include litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial is preferred.
A license to practice in Ohio is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
