Position description and responsibilities:
The Montana Supreme Court is hiring a law clerk II. This position will provide legal services for Justice Ingrid Gustafson of the Montana Supreme Court. Work involves the performance of professional legal research and other related clerical/administrative work in the preparation of memoranda, opinions, or orders concerning the cases before the Justice. Work is performed under general supervision of the justice and is reviewed through conferences and written reports.

Qualifications Applicants must have a JD, legal research experience and excellent writing skills. Familiarity with criminal procedure preferred. New graduates as well as experienced attorneys will be considered.
