Primary Responsibilities: The successful intern will:
Assist the department’s attorneys in updating and refining its sales and privacy contract playbooks, reviewing previously executed contracts and collecting a list of heavily negotiated clauses and typical backup positions;
Support the attorneys in assessing, prioritizing and driving the process of flowing down specified procurement, privacy and security terms to the company’s vendors;
Help in the preparation of training materials for the Sales, Orders, Global Services and Customer Success teams as well as general privacy training materials;
Prepare "due diligence"-type summaries of terms appearing in existing contracts; and
Undertake other projects as required as part of a small legal team.
Education and Experience
J.D. candidate at a top law school with exceptional academic credentials.
Prior experience as an intern at a technology company would be helpful, but is not required.
