A boutique law firm with four attorneys requiring a part-time and/or per hour contract commercial litigation attorney that can potentially become full-time. The candidate can telecommute half of the 10-13 hours per week and will handle large commercial litigation cases with a generous hourly rate. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of commercial litigation experience. Maryland Bar is required, and Virginia / DC / West Virginia bar license is a plus. Excellent writing skills and strong experience in discovery including depositions is a must. The candidate should be able to manage the cases independently but can take advantage of our collective experience. The Firm is ready to hire immediately.
